Rotate head to toe every six months. The zones are mirrored at each end, so support stays where you need it
Flip the mattress for a firmer or softer feel
Unzip the cover in two sections and machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C
Use a Bamboo Mattress Protector, which is quicker to wash than the cover
Use a slatted base with slats 8 to 10cm apart for the best airflow. Adjustable bases suit latex well
Spot clean the latex only, never soak it

Bodies take time to adjust to a new mattress, so we ask you to sleep on it for at least 14 nights before deciding

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once collection is confirmed
25 year warranty
Latex settles a little in its first years. That is normal. If your mattress ever dips more than 9mm, that is not settling, and we will replace the latex core free, for the full 25 years
If only the cover is damaged, we replace the cover
Let us know within two days if there is visible damage when you unpack it
Not covered: normal wear and tear, changes in personal comfort over time, damage from moving or misuse, and mould on the cover
